Comments:

This act would inhibit my business from prospecting and finding potential salespersons, by placing them in the insecure position of feeling that there is only negativeness surrounding this type of work, of which there is not, and is only made to seem that way. I suggest some measures be made in the way of this direction, but not in such a way to bias others toward this type of wonderful business. Big companies and monopolies have their methods, and ours tends to be more one on one, informal, not commercial. In the time of trade/or barter systems, the monetary system was still not in full effect as it is today, and I think that during those times, being able to have a line to ones potential customers, or business people, should be kept open and free of things to stop good production and viable businesses, helping many people. Please look into means to make this more sensible for all business people. Signed, Jennifer Contini Independant EcoQuest Dealer Sunland, CA
