I have been an IBO associated with Quixtar for over 4 years. I am of the opinion that its a very benifical business. It is through Quixtar that I am able to obtain a piece of free enterprise. I am a second generation buiness owener, so I am familar with traditional business, and its flaws. Through Quixtar I am able to do my own business and give others the choice of doing their own with my guidence. Its a win win situation. I am very concerned with the proposed rules. The section that would require me to provide referances would be detramental to my growth. Disclosing addresses and numbers would be a vilation of privacy and trust. Also this rule would hinder new people who do not yet have 10 personal refrences to give. As private citizens we don't feel comfertable having our private information open to the general pubilc, as Im sure you agree. Please don't keep this rule. Second, in the new list of suggested rules, the issue of lawsuits arises. I completely understand the grounds for this rule, and I applaud your efforts to get trueth out to potential people; however Quixtar itself is a reputable business that is open to individuals, and as we know there are people out there who prey on others. These people never last inside of our organization because of their characters. Please don't let the missdeeds of others mark the name of the entire organization. Inside of any organization we have lawsuits. Sometimes they are legitamet claims and other times they are not, yet the businesses they happen in don't always share the same values. Quixtar is hororable and respectable.
