I don't think that this proposal will help with the quixtar business. I would recommend not to wait seven day because this will delay and slow down my business dramatically. Imagine IBM waiting 7 days to setup a big important DATA CENTER for a customer. They would not like that and go with some one else. How about giving the customer a list of top 10 competitors or references. This will make the customer buy other profucts or go some where else. And how about Quixtar having to pay becuase of the errors or mistakes others have done in the same industry. All of these proposals are ridicule and are not fair because Quixtar has always comply with regulations and has conducted business in a proper and legally manner. Please allow this business to conduct under the regulations already in place. Because we all are independent business owners and privately. We all conduct a legitime business which help with the United States Economy. I believe that Quixtar is doing everything under the regulations of the FTC.
