I am extremely alarmed by the FTC's proposed "Business Opportunity" rule. I am not a distributor of any product in multi-level marketing, but I know many people who are, and whose sole source of income depends on such a distributorship. The FTC's proposed rule who essentially put hundreds of thousands and perhaps millions of individuals out of business. The economic impact alone would be more devastating than the economic impact of 9-11. Does the FTC honestly want to be responsible for putting millions of people out of business?
