To Whom It May Concern: The new proposal being considered would greatly affect my independent business. I have a business that allows people to register for as low as $50.00 with a complete money-back guarantee if they change their mind, for any reason, within 30 days. All products also carry a 100% money-back guarantee, with no questions asked. Therefore, there is no necessity or benefit for a 7 day waiting period to register and it would be a burden for me to have to keep rescheduling and educating just to register someone as a part of my business. The information provided and required is more than enough for anyone to make an intelligent decision. Many of the proposed rules would violate my privacy and the privacy of others. I have never been involved with violations or deceptive misrepresentation. My time is so limited and I would like to continue building my business and not be trapped by unfair rules. The fraudulent companies are easy for me to spot, and would be easily spotted by anyone. Thank you for rethinking these decisions toward Quixtar.com and my business.
