To Whom It May Concern: The new proposal being considered would greatly affect my independent business. I have a business that allows people to register for as low as $50.00 with a complete money-back guarantee if they change their mind, for any reason, within 30 days. Therefore, there is no necessity or benefit for a 7 day waiting period to register and it would be a burden for me to have to keep rescheduling and educating just to register someone as a part of my business. The information provided and required is more than enough for anyone to make an intelligent decision. Many of the proposed rules would violate my privacy and the privacy of others.
