To Whom It May Concern: My husband and I have been independant business owners for almost 2 years now. We are excited about what this business can provide, monetarily and what it is currently providing us in the area of education. We are learning how to become better people, better citizens, better parents, and better partners through this business model. We share this opportunity without pressure involved, it is completely up to them whether they decide to become and IBO and we make that clear before we ever start. We do let them know that it is not a "get rich quick sheme" and provide them with business information to make a decision. We also let them know that to really grow this type of business it will take some time and involvement on their part. A 7 day waiting period, would take up alot of time and money on our part and theirs. It may also seem to a new prospect as something that makes it too complicated. When you travel to STP with a new prospect, they are in no way expected to start their business right away. However, many do see the opportunity and want to get started right away. This saves you and them time. Seeing that it works immediately and that they are able to have the access to the site makes it even more real. I let prospects register themselves with assistance, that way they are able to read through everything and know what to expect. They are able to see that if they do change their mind they may recieve their registration money back. If they choose to, they could also return the products for a full refund, minus shipping. I am also opposed to providing a list of allegations. Digging into the past, in any area, never proves good results. People can easily access negative information and once they see it, it is hard to put a positive spin on it, no matter how good. Sharing postive and valid informations is more beneficial because it offers hope, that with hard work and perseverance they can achieve more.
