This letter is in reference to the proposed FTC act under consideration. We feel as business owners of a direct selling business that it is not all in our interest to support this act. We are very much against it, and feel that it will limit the growth of our business and instead of reasurring prospective partners create doubt and concern. We are responsible for educating them in order to aid them in making a wise decision for their future. We take this job seriously and are very extensive in this. Being in the industry for almost four years now, we can say with confidence that we want our partners to be confident in their decision. We however strongly disagree with this act and hope that our reflections will be considered. Thank you for consideration, Josh Merritt
