Rodney Davis  Dear Sir, I am an unemployed worker from East Alcoa in Fredrick, Md. I had worked there for almost 19 yrs .I began doing Xango in February 2006 and I love what I do. The company helps me when I need help and I feel that they are giving a very good rate, plus there ethical in everything is respectable. I need the extra money to go to school with to get a new training, which I'm doing right now. The Business Opportunity Rule R51193 could make it so I can't finish my schooling The waiting period would make it impossible to sell my Xango. People buy trucks, radios, etc and pay far more than $35.00 for a Xango distributorship and aren't required to wait not even 2 days. References could be extremely burdensome and could be dangerous. I worry about the security that could lead to identity theft, harassment and more negative things, Will hurt legitimate business. Aspects of the rule such as earning claims and litigation aspect would also add burdens to legitimate business, Plus fradulent companies to continue to deceive. I appreciate that you are concerned with scams. They hurt my business too. The Rule will not do anything to stop them. Why would they stop violating the rule R51193, when they haven't stopped the current rules. I am a good American citizen and this rule will hurt me bad.
