As an adult of over 21 years of age I feel I have a the right to make this decision without governmental interferance. I thought this was America Land of the Free, nothing is free, more and more rights are being taken away from us. I believe Federal Regulation is unnecessary. What is the FTC hopes by inacting this measure? Treating intelligent adults like children that can't make up their own mind? I feel this is a violation of my constitutional rights to live in a "Free" country and make choices for myself.
