My personal experience is that people tend to forget what they heard after 48 hours of hearing it. These rules would hurt people's chances of remember what they heard to make a decesion within an educated time frame. This would affect my business. It would slow growth and create confusion and apathy. We would lose good people, and many profits. I don't think this would help at all.
