I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its current form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I understand that is your mission to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it extremely difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products and/or help others begin a Tastefully Simple business.
