After being involved for about 3 yrs in private franchising, I have had the opportunity to improve, not only my lifestyle, but also grow as a person, in an encouraging atmosphere, and very flexible schedule. I was able to give up 2 part time jobs, and become more stable in my income and debt. I have always had a goal to be a help to others and this gives me an opportunity to help myself and others be the best they can be. A waiting period would only slow the process and dampen the enthusiastic growth that happens for people. As for the disclosures...since we are a people helping people business, being dishonest would be a detriment to our business growth and not serve any long term purpose, and that is what our goal is. Long term and dependable financial and personal growth for ourselves and those we work and associate with. I would also like to say that I have worked many jobs, and never have I experienced the kind of sound guidance and honesty that I have found working with this organization. Each of us has a vested interrest in the prosperity of the individuals we are working with. There is nothing "get rich quick" about what we do. It is honest hard work and gives hope back to those of us who had lost it all together! As to disclosing our income as proof...that only proves what we have done. The payment scale is disclosed and is the same for EVERYONE. A new IBO may never make as much or may outperform the incomes represented to them...all that is based on their efforts...performance counts!!! Every part of the purchases that can be made through the registration process are money back guarenteed, with the exception of the business license. (45.00 in our case) As far as giving out information to prospects for references...we do our best to provide opportunities for them to meet with the people we are working with as soon as possible, to meet the team of people they can/would work with. Most of the things you are proposing are not required of any other kind of business (to my knowlege and experience) and are available to anyone who would like to do the research to make those discoveries. I do believe that guidelines should be in place. These miss the mark. Thanks Leslie DeHaven
