While I appreciate someone going after the "bad apples" who give the rest of the DSA groups a bad name, this type of blanket regulation stiffles the growth of the whole tree...and many of us are merely sapplings in the orchard. As a stay at home mom with a small hobby business, I think these restrictions will create a lot of unnecessary paperwork and prohibit others like me to start a home business.
