I agree we should make businesses responsible for their actions. Although I disagree that a seven day waiting period should accure before a person can be signed up to start their business. My suggestion is that they should be able to start thier own business immediately , but have the right to cancel their start up fee within the first seven days to have a full refund on thier start up fee.
