While I agree tht you need to watch and have things in place for illegal business ventures Quixtar is not one of them. I would ask that you would not put so many things in place that you would hamper individuals building a business. Keep free enterprise fair. At a low cost and with team support you can build a successful business powered by Quixtar. Don't do so much that you take away the dream of those that have no other way to build a business. By your present plan you are putting way to many stipulations that will prove detrimental to all legal multilevel type business. Thanks for your consideration in this matter. Melissa G. Huber
