Comments:
16 CFR Part 437 would severely inhibit our Quixtar business. We already have a 30-day grace period, wherein the new person can get all of his/her money back if not satisfied with our program. We give our new people full written disclosure of the business plan, the monies available, the payment plan, plus we refer them to web sites set up by Quixtar in This Biz Now.com and Quixtarfacts.com. Having to disclose names of current IBOs and personal incomes is an invasion of privacy and would virtually cripple and destroy our businesses. Having been involved in multiple network marketing plans in the past, Quixtar and the people we have been associated with are far more reputable, and care more for our personal welfare and success than ANY of the Fortune 500 companies we have worked with and made purchases from in the past. I strongly urge and request that you eliminate Quixtar from your list of network marketing companies that would be required to do what you propose, as it would be devastating to our businesses. Thank you. Judy Williams Quixtar IBO
