I do not support passing of Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) R511993 in it's current form. I believe that this ruling would be in direct violation of my right to conduct free enterprise and would consitute another example of over government involvement and regulation. This would really have an negavtive impact on my business. I live in a free society that allows for me to be a contributor to our countrys free enterprise and gross national product, don't keep tying our hands at every opportunity when all we are trying to do is makew a decent buck.
