This is in reference to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. If left in it's present form, I belive this rule could hinder me from from being a successful business owner with any direct sales, especially my current position with Tastefully Simple. I do so appreciate your efforts to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule would work against the success of my Tastefully Simple Business and those who I introduce to be successful busness owner themselves.
