I am opposed to the opposed regulation as it is worded. What business has to give a list of their clients to a potential competitor? One of the sellings expenses in selling a business is the client list, so why should this business be selected to give out it's client list as a reference in getting new business. It's absurd. Secondly, what business has to publish the income or the business perks offered to their CEO? This again seems to be targeting just one type of business which would be unfair business practice.
