This proposed regulation will cause honorable business persons to appear less than honorable. The crooks will carry on regardless. The paperwork alone can turn a needed supplemental income into a bureaucratic nightmare. Hard working home business people, most of whom have primary jobs, will face financial devastation just putting in the impossible hours needed to comply. Personally, I have cancer and mixed connective tissue disease and would be unable to deal with the time and stress involved. This income is small yet necessary. Please do not deprive us of it.
