I am extremely concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I'm certain that, in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. This is my full-time employment and the proposed Rule would negatively impact my livelihood. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices and I support that effort. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others start Tastefully Simple businesses of their own.
