Please don't require suppressing rules so that average people, trying to build a legitimate business, can not make their businesses go. Momentum is so crucial in this industry, that if you add requirements and unpleasantries, you will stiffle the only chance that many people have at lifting themselves out of a life of economic hardship. The goal of preventing people from falling prey to schemes and scams is admirable, but not at the expense of many other people that may never be given hope through having a legitimate alternative marketing business. I am in the early stages of building my own business, and I'm frightened by the purposed requirements. Please don't make things so difficult that only Salesmen can make money! Alternative matrketing businesses need to be doable by common people. These businesses are more fragile than you'd think - Please don't destroy the only opportunity some of us will ever have - Please! Very, Very Sincerely, Doug Wilcox
