please note that my wife and I have been involved with this organization for more than 10 years. Alot of what you are considering on doing would hinder our business. You can not let a person wait seven days before they can register because that person would no longer be available or may have changed their mind. Also references are usually useless because a person never has a bad reference. It is a waste of time. I can assure you that this organization is still around after all these years due to the fact that all is done ethically & morally. It is a great opportunity that functions wonderfully as is. Thank you for your time.
