I have been an IBO with Teambuilders for over 4 years. I'm at 21% level with the goal of Emerald. It has taken time to grow in the business as a leader and it has been a very exciting experience. I feel that even more than the money I have grown as a person and feel that my business is awesome. It's a family business so we are together growing a residual income. When I got registered I understood this was a business not a get rich idea and that it would take time and effort to build and that's the way it should be. I felt like I was on a level playing field and had the same opportunity as everyone else in the business and a lot of it was up to me and how much I personally put into the business. I was given more than enough information to make an informed decision and because I am a very detailed person I actually have an outlined form of what it takes to come into the business and I actually go over that with each person before they come into the business (See the attachment). That way they are completly informed before signing on the dotted line. We are looking for team players only. We startup our new IBO at a cost of about $400 and that includes function tickets, training tapes, products and registration as an IBO. We strive to start new IBO in such a way that they are set for success working with their team. If they decided they did not want to stay in the business they could get refunded for their tools that they have purchased in the business and I typically tell people for their first major function, if they don't like it and found that they did not learn anything I would be willing to reimburse their ticket money of $129. I have never had to reimburse anyone. Our products are 100% guaranteed and if you don't like them or want them they can be returned for a complete refund not even having to pay to send the products back. They have nothing to lose. It would be very taxing to the growth of my business if I had to wait 7 days to register people into the business and feel if they are given sufficient information to make an informed decision this step should not be necessary. Providing a list of local IBOs would really be an unfair situation being that we all do our own cold contacting and we should not have to jeopardize that by giving out a list of other IBO. That could potentially lead to other benefiting from your work and take away the "fair" playing field that we presently now have. Plus if you had to provide address and telephone numbers, what about other people privacy? Everyone we cold contact first heards the business plan from you and then are invited to meet the team if they have enough interest and both of you feel that this would be a good combo. You have already began to develop a personal relationship with the person. It's about building a team. Better Business Bureau already exist and if someone want to see the tract record of events ...it is very easy to go on line to www.bbb.com, type in Quixtar and they can get all the needed information about ligation issues. Isn't that why we have the Better Business Bureau. I could understand perhaps having a statement of what an average IBO makes available but that's all apart of the informed details given. In the registration process that is included there for them to see. I feel my personal income is just that "personal". Everyone has the same fair field to create the income they want and we spend time at meeting with team members that are at all different levels. So any IBO that are teamplayers gets an opportunity to spend plenty of time with all the financilly free people in the business. I feel sharing your income with new people is way too much. Your income is a private matter!! Now if you are falsely presenting the business and called into a court situation than that would be different! Our business is a increible opportunity for people in this day and age when you cannot count on a job!
