My name is Gerald Stratford and I am an Independent Business Owner affiliated with Quixtar and I am writing in response to your proposed rule for business opportunities. We always give all the facts to new prospects as well as all credible sources for any information someone would need and show them we are not a scam. We also ensure the prospect knows Quixtar offers a full money-back guarantee up to six months so there is no risk to them whatsoever. We don't think that we should be linked with all the scam companies based on the fact that we do share all this information with new prospects. We also feel that giving prospects ramdom numbers to call is not right on both sides because the prospect doing the calling should be able to make their own decision based on their own opinion of the business and all the information we have for them, not on the opinion of someone who may or may not be having success with their business at that time. People build their business at their own pace and have different ideas about the business. As far as the business owners who would be getting the phone calls-I know I wouldn't want people randomly calling me all the time and my phone number to be given to so many people I don't know and I am sure just about everybody feels the same way.
