RE: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter because I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I am concerned about how this rule would effect my XanGO business,. I am an independent distributor with XanGO I have had a great deal of heath problems resolved using this product. So much that I love to share the rewards of health and money with those I can. I have been in XanGo for 11 months now. I am earning additional money I was able to drop one day at my regular job as a waitress and at 52 years old getting up at 4:00 am to drive 25 miles to work in sometimes blizzard conditions. I found a home based business with a 90% pay back if you are not satisfied. I do not agree with the 7 day waiting period, I would be caucious if I was to purchase something and was told I had to wait for 7 days. The cost of my XanGO kit is $35.00 . People buy objects for much more than the $35.00 and they do not have to wait. With identity theft on the rise no one wants to give out their personal information. As a small home based business I feel the FTC ruleing could hurt or distroy what I've taken pride in building, and the help I've given others with a little more money and the gift of health. The record keeping would be incredible. I work hard now to keep everything in accurate. I feel this Bisiness Opportunity Rule R511993 is bad for the small business owners like myself. Trying to improve themselves with the confidence, financial freedom, and a better retirement. As a waitress you know they offer nothing. I live in a rural area and this is the best paying job in the area. I am aware of many scams This rule would do nothing to stop them. I am a Good American citizen looking for the American dream. And I would like to see my country (with the extra money) Like God intended for us all to do. Sincerely, Debbie Tucker Independent Distributor for XanGO
