Dear Sir or Madame: I am protesting the Business Opportunity Rule R511993l. In short it is far too cumbersome for the small business person like me who just wants to supply friends and neighbors with proven products. I have done this for years without incidence or harm to anyone. You all are going to have millions of dissatisfied people, whether purchasers or sellers whose lives you have horribly complicated with all these proposed rules of "protection". You will be endangering people's privacy by opening them to theft of private information and made simple transactions too complicated that most folk will not want to put up with all the new regulations. Please do no do this. I stand for hundreds of people I know who have no idea such proposed changes are in the offering. Do not pass this regulation. Most sincerely, Judith Mahar
