Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 I am a member of Vemma Corporation in that, at this time, I purchase product for my personal use. There may be a time in the future when I would also like to become a distributor of this wonderful product. I have read the proposed FTC Business Opportunity Rule R511993, and although the proposed rulings do not affect me personally at this time, they may in the future should I decide to become a distributor. Mr. B.K. Boroyko, President and CEO of Vemma and his legal team has written a comprehensive, point-by-point comment response that has been submitted to the FTC. I have read this response and concur with all statements represented. I do hope that the FTC will take Mr. Boroyko's comments seriously. Please reconsider the provisions in this proposed rule that will devastate our industry. Thank you.
