This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. IF there is any fraud involved, any action should be taken on a company by company basis. To punish everyone with these ridiculous regulations just makes it harder for people to earn a living, thereby becoming more dependent on the government for help. Who came up with this, Hillary Clinton?
