I beleive that the proposed regulations that would require me to be required to have a prospective client wait 7 days before signing up with my business would have such a negative outcome that I would be wasting my time to continue with my business any longer. It is hard enough with all of the fraudelant businesses out there, to get people to understand that we are not a scheme or a pyramid. Also trying to schedule appointments with people in todays busy world is difficult enough and to add a seven day waiting period would make a difficult job into an impossible one. The other proposed idea of requiring all prior litigation against a company and to require disclosure of my income would be unfare and put a negative light on my business that would put me out of business. I respect and appreciate the FTC desire to rid the country of fraudulant and deceitfull businesses and I beleive that your efforts will help other businesses that are legitimate. However I hope that you carefully consider the excessiveness of the proposed rules that you are currently seeking. Myself and others in my business have many obstacles that we have to overcome everyday. All that I'm asking is that you keep it fair and look out for the little guy who is trying to make a better life for himself and his family.
