The Quixtar opportunity has impacted my life and my families in a very positive way. We have learned and experienced so much, that it is a shame that this organization and our business model is being governed to represent ourselves because of other scams and illegal business. I agree that providing standardized income disclosure to prospects would be helpful, we do already and dont need to embellish earnings, we are rewarded for performance. Cancellation policy, absolutely!! Quixtar has full refund and buy back policy. I strongly disagree on the seven day wait!! If a company has a cancellation refund policy, why the wait?? We dont pressure anyone and matter of fact if we need to convince them, then we dont want them in our business. We only want those prospects that truely want to be involed in our business. Waiting period doesn't make sense!! References? Not a problem. Disclosure of litigation. Everyone in this country, who isnt given something for nothing and has to actually work for money seem to complain and sue the most!!! Hot coffee burn your mouth?, sue them!! "they owe me" mentality runs rapid in this country. Disclosure of litigation isnt fair, especially when you are very profitable, large corporation, a target for litigation. Litigation doesn't mean guilt but the public belief is that it does!! Give the public some credit. Government can't babysit everyone. Require income earning potentials, and a cancelation policy, but a waiting period will be deterimental to the speed of growth of any business. Most of our prospects through our introductory process end up going several days before becoming partners in our business. But requiring puts government sanctions on those who supposidly have "freedom" to pursue happiness and riches in a timely fashion. Quixtar will stand up to any business out there!! Dont make it so hard for us to build and expand our business that it becomes a chore and pain. We have enough forms already and we really dont need the govenement giving us more paperwork and red tape because of the small minority of businesses. Bottom line is this: The scams and illegal, unethical companies will not follow the FTC rules anyway. It is us, quixtar business owners, the ethical, law abiding companies that will suffer. I hope these comments help you in your policy making decisions. LET US BE FREE TO PROSPER IN THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD....THE USA!!
