To Whom It May Concern: I have been an Independent Business Owner with Quixtar for approximately 18 months. During this time, I have enjoyed knowing I can build my business at the pace that allows me benefits. It was due to the in-depth knowledge my up line provided that allowed me to make the informed decision. There was never any pressure to join, sell or sponsor individuals; however, the way the plan was described assisted me in knowing how I could maximize the benefits of my own business, and at a pace I could choose. With the ever-increasing fuel costs, it is becoming necessary to rethink my strategy for my life goals. This includes Quixtar. The way the plan was described to me, I could duplicate the presentation to interested parties, and if they chose…they could begin immediately. Without the benefit of immediately being able to start their business, the interest subsides; therefore, reducing their ability, as well as mine, to succeed. The seven-day waiting period could be detrimental to the independent business owner, and more specifically…me! Another concern I have with the proposal is with references. Although I am a very honest person, and would be more than happy to refer any interested party back to whomever referred them, not everyone is that honest. I believe by providing references it could hinder my ability to sponsor individuals. One thing special (and probably unique) to Quixtar is that you can change your sponsorship. If you have problems with the person above you, there are ways in which to change that sponsorship. Therefore, I disagree that competition in my area should be given as references. Earnings disclosures are my personal business. I believe Quixtar discloses potential earnings in a very informative and honest manner. If they didn’t…I wouldn’t have signed up. I know that how much I make is contingent on how much I work my business. There are no misleading statements on earnings potentials. Thank you for your time in listening to my concerns. I trust you will make the best decision for all concerned, and not just for those that operate with less than ethical methods. Quixtar is an awesome business, and even though I haven’t worked it as I could…I know it is up to me!
