Re: R511993 I have been asscoiated with Quixtar since 1999. Your proposed new law for direct selling will hopefully reduce the scam business opportunities that are operating. Quixtar maintains the hightest degree of integrity in its business rules and regulations. Some of the proposals that are on the table from the FTC are not needed by Quixtar and I feel will hurt the business owners associated with Quixtar. Quixtar already has a money back guarantee that is equaled by no other direct sales company. If someone decides 30 days or more after they have registered, Quixtar will give them their money back. References should not be required-a hairdress is not required to give a list of 10 satisfied customers before she cuts a new clients hair!! No disclosure of past litigation should be required. It is readily available on the internet blogging sites. Does P and G have to reveal the lawsuit with Frito Lay everytimes it sells a can of Pringles?? The Quixtar disclosure of income is given to every prospect.
