Quixtar already offers a 30 day money back garuantee if not satisfied after joining so a waiting period is not needed. To give a list of 10 references-names, addresses and phone numbers is an invasion of the privacy of the members whose name and number you give. If someone is interested in past litigations of any part of the company it is very easy to go to the library and look it up if you are not able to do it at home. No one should be required to see my financial documents unless needed by the courts or state agencies in an investigation. Require a simple standard easily understood disclosure as to average income. As a legislature remember that people will always spend their money on a get rich quick scheme even though they know in their heart that it will not work. They keep up an undying hope that someday it will. When I first joined Quixtar they told me it was the type of business oppurtunity that you get paid for how hard you really work. The first two years I did nothing and that's what I made. Now I have decided to work and I am starting to make a little. You cannot save the people from the charletans because they will always change the way they play to get around the rules. Please do not hurt the legitimate business oppurtunties by voting in bills that will hurt them and still not control the thieves that are out there. Crooks are crooks because they do not follow the rules no matter what they are.
