It is good to protect the general public from scams and inappropriate business practices, however this proposal needs to protect the legitimate businesses too. With the proposed restrictions, it makes starting a business much more difficult than ever. The expanding economy is a challenge to deal with in itself, and new rules that would hinder growth for the "little guy" could put an end to small businesses and independant businesses. Providing long lists and dealing with long wait periods only puts the small guy further behind in the race against the larger corporate world. Each IBO (Independant Business Owner) should be given ample opportunity to build his or her own business. Please reconsider anything that would put a serious roadblock in the paths of those who wish to start their own business.
