Comments:
The proposed rule will place undue burden on people in the direct selling industry to the point of crippling commerce. While sensible regulation is welcome to help weed out undesirables and con artists, the current proposal will hamstring direct selling. Please bring common sense to bear on this issue and require only what is necessary to deal with those who are liars and frauds. Don't hamper legitimate companies and business people with over zealous regulations. Thank you for your consideration of my comments.
