I think that it is great that you are trying to get rid of all the scams that are out there. However there are somethings in the proposed law that will hinder the work of people that are reallying trying to make it with a lagitamite networking marketing business. A couple of the things that I am concerned with are: 1. The seven day waiting period for people to get registered with the business. Most people can do their homework and figure out if it is something for them within a couple of days. So making these people wait to get started isn't fair to them. 2 Having IBO's provide references is something that would not help the person looking at the program. That will only make them base their success on the success of others. That would almost asking your local gym for references. It has nothing to do with how well the gym works, it is how dedicated the person is to the gym or in this case to the business. 3. Having IBO's disclose their finance records to the prospect is another thing that would have nothing to do with how successful the prospect could be. It is just limiting what they think they could do by what your check is and the length of time you have been in. This helps no one. Peoples situations are different there for people are going to be at different places and that has nothing to do with wether the prospect could be more successful then the IBO sharing the business. Like I said I think it is great what you are trying to do with helping to protect people from illegal business models. And hope that you are able to change somethings in the proposed law so that it doesn't hurt people that are trying to do it legit. Thank you, Shane Price
