Please keep the field level by requiring a disclosure of the legal requirements in place to prospects for a multi level business. The present regs are suffiecient, but unenforcable until its too late. By requiring disclosure of what the rules are at signing most, if not all, abuse will disappear. Thank you Alan Roy
