Proposal 1. exempt companies that provide a money back policy if that policy exceeds the 7 day rule. Proposal 2. this should be eliminated. Propasal 3. allow that this information be available upon request, but not given out as a matter of course. Proposal 4. allow for a standard, simple statement indicating what the average owner makes. Proposal 5. require only that the owner has such substanciation available for appropriate agencies.
