Dear Federal Trade Commission Member: I am writing to ask that you reconsider some of the requirements you are proposing to regulate the direct sales industry. My daughter is a PartyLite Consultant and has had a successful busienss for the past 2 1/2 years. I have seen her grown significantly since she joined PartyLIte. The proposals you are suggesting would make her business much more difficult and will impact her income. I don't believe the personal contact information of other consultnats should be "freely" distributed, espeically with the increasing numbers of identity theft that there is today. I know PartyLite’s business opportunity is not a "scam". It helps thousands of people each year make their dreams come true. The regulations you are proposing would hinder her from doing so – and would hinder others in starting their business in the timeframe they choose. Please know that I’m thankful that we have the FTC working to protect average consumers like me, but in this case, you will be working against me and my daughter, impacting her income, future and family’s future. Please reconsider the regulations you are proposing. Respectfully yours, Bonnie Hendzel
