To whom it may concern: I'm write this is response to proposed rule change. I have been an IBO in the Quixtar business for 8 years. When we started our buisness I felt that we were giving enough information to make an informed and educated decision. I feel that our associtation with this business concept has not only helped us financially but also has helped in our personal growth as people and also be a better family. I think that through our team approach to this business new prospect meet alot of people as they are making their decision. I think that if a person had to wait 7 days after hearing about this buisness before they could get started it would hurt there business because when they see this opportunity and what it can do for not only them but people that they know they are excited to share it with other people. I don't think other business opportunities have this 7 day waiting period. I feel the proposal for disclosure document of all litigation goes a little over because in our country today people are just sue happy wanting something for nothing. I heard in a news report the WalMart has an average of 3 law suits brought against them every day. Does that mean a business like WalMart is a bad business? Thank you for reading my comments.
