I have been doing the business powered by Quixtar for three years now. I have concern about rules FTC has proposed, especially "7 day waiting rule", "Provide a litigation List" and "Provide a reference list of 10 from local". These rule will impact my business a great deal. For me and my clients, Quixtar is like Costco or Sam's club. We just join the club, pay the membership fee and buy the products we want to buy. It's that simple. If you apply those rule, we can't beat Costco. It takes a minute to get a Costco membership card and they can start shopping right after that. Who will wait for a week to buy a products. Of course, Quixtar is different than Costco. As an IBO, I may get more bonus due to the volume increase. It is like a referral bonus which many online stores are using these days. I found many people like the referral bonus too as I do. I believe the new rule is for some direct selling business in old days. It need to be adjusted to reflect recent business model. Best Regards, Leesun Kim
