To whom it may concern, I am opposed to the proposal for the grace period because I believe that this would create a stunt in growth of my business. I also believe that there are "laws" of success, and when these laws are broken, the laws of the world have their way of dealing with those organizations that do not abide by them. To comment out of a well-known book, "Think & Grow Rich," "procrastination is one of the most common causes of failure. The time will never be just right, so start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along."
