To whom it may concern. I am an independant business owner, and I have been in business for approximately 8 months. I have reached Team 10 level, and have received a 2500 pin status. Our next goal is to go silver, and we hope that goal can be achieved in one year or less. We are in business with some really good people, and have met many many more during our short period of business. When we started our business, my friend showed us the plan and we were given a good base of the business. We were given enough information to understand that this business is not a get quick plan, and that it takes work and time, but the results are worth the investment of our time. As we place new people into our business, we inform them of that same information. Our registration is very small and more than half of the registration fee is in product which is used to help get our business going. The 7 day waiting period is not necessary, and quite frankly it would be a burdon to ours or anyone elses business. We are most excited when we first join, and we want to get our friends and family in so we can make our business grow as fast as possible. The 7 day waiting period is just another example of RED TAPE that is not necessary and only proves to be counter productive. We encourage everyone on our team to bring their new people to an open meeting. That way they can meet members of the team, and see how we all work together. It help explain our slogan. "YOU ARE IN BUSINESS FOR YOURSELF, JUST NOT BY YOURSELF" Often times it is seeing all these people who are just like us that are being successful and happy and helping one another is what brings them to the team. One of the questions which always come up in talking with a new prospect is Money. We have a paper which tell just how the money works. It makes it a lot easier to show them rather than tell them. All in all, I do not see where the government involvment in this business will help my business, but rather the opposite. More work on my part, which will have a need for someone else to need to look at that paper work. I personally do not see that the business is broken, so why does it need fixed. Thank you Donald Fallis
