My name is Louis Mazzante and I am currently a Captain for Continental Airlines, retired Navy Commander and president of Mazzante Internet Marketing Solutions. I am an independent business owner affiliated with I-team and Quixtar. I am responsible for building, maintaining, and financing my business. I have a signed contract with both I-TEAM and Quixtar for computer, product and some leadership support. The latter is provided by I-TEAM. When interviewing prospective individuals to be part of my business, I am very selective. Why? I will be using my time and money to help build their business. New business partners do not have the skill or knowledge on how to build and manage a business system like ours. The question is are they willing to learn? It is like training a new pilot; except in this case we do not charge them. Most of the work will be done by me. Accordingly, if anyone should divulge financial information or lawsuits pending it should be the individual I am interviewing as a prospective business owner. Any lawsuit against Quixtar or I-TEAM really has no bearing on me. When hired by Continental Airlines, they did not have to reveal all their lawsuits. Do you think they have any? Many. Do you think any large corporations have a lot of lawsuits? Check Wal-Mart’s or McDonalds. Any company that deals with lots of people will have lawsuits. The whole concept of me talking about lawsuits that a company like Quixtar or I-TEAM may have is ridiculous. First of all, what do I know about their lawsuits and secondly, 99% of the people who file lawsuits are looking for something for nothing or personally upset with someone and are on a personal vendetta. I am running a business, not a Jerry Springer TV. show. My interest is in helping individuals who have a sincere interest in building a successful business. In regards, to waiting seven days to start that individual is like a bride telling the groom on their wedding night that he is going to have to wait seven days to have sex, because she wants to ensure that he really is the person he says he is. If an individual meets my criteria and I feel I am willing to devote my time and money to help him or her, and he feels I can help him reach some of his objectives, the worst think I can do for him would be to have him wait seven days. Most people lack confidence, and never been in business before and our skeptical about everything including the government. This would only add to their doubts, and therefore prevent them from moving ahead in life. The best thing I can do for a new business owner is get him in the air and let him see that he can fly this thing, that I am going to help him and he can learn how to run a business. Let’s help people and not hurt them. Our mission is to help people run successful business. Sometimes the more you attempt to protect someone the more you hurt them. Their risk is minimal, a $100-150.00. My risk is far greater. The fact of the matter is we are no different from any other company, sometimes we bring on the wrong person and a lot of people quit most things they try: i.e. college, marriages, sport teams and new jobs. We can not stop it, it is human nature. Again, his risk is minimal, mine is far greateR, but i know that is part of doing business. Lou Mazzante President MIMS
