I do not agree with the proposal because in this business we are truly a free enterprise. I understand the need to control the pyramid and other illigitimate businesses that overcome people and take their money. I do not agree with any waiting periods for signing up. I do not believe in providing references or a copy of my personal income I havemade at all. This business is based on hensty and hard work. If you adopt this proposal it will hinder the possibilties that any new IBO has to build a successful business with Quixtar or any business of this type. This is supposed to be a free enterprise nation. If you add to many rules and regulations, especially those that slow progress, it will deter people from trying to make a successful change in their own lives. This world is truly lazy and everyone wants an easy way. This proposal would definetily make it harder for the average person to be successful. So my reccomendation is to rewrite this so that it does not affect any person on speed of sponsoring more people or open the privacy of anyones personal information. You should not need references in a business of this type your personal growth represents the ability and honesty of this company. If it wasn't lawful how would we have a business this old and in 80 countries plus the U.S. Leave it alone and let us work and become prosperus. It is our right by living in this country.
