I have been in Quixtar as an IBO for about three years. I was provided more than enough information to allow me to decide for myself if this business would be right for me. I am an independent contractor doing computer work part time for two different companies . I only get paid for the hours I put in and if I become unable to work for some reason I don't get paid. As I build my Quixtar business, I get paid from money I used to spend anyway at the store and as I introduce others to this same concept they make up thier own minds. I tell them up front that this business is not a get rich quick opportunity. Typically a new IBO doesn't commit until they have seen the business plan, the web site, cd's and other examples of every aspect of the business. However, some prospects see the opportunity and want to become IBO's right away ( I believe they should have this right if they choose). One of my greatest rewards so far has been the friendships I've built along the way ( you can't put a price to this ). As an IBO I'm moving at my own pace and my limitations cannot be a reflection of how successful the next person may be. They can soar past me at anytime, and that is the beauty of the Quixtar opportunity. I have always provided total disclosure of the average monthly income of all active IBO's. We have a wonderful teaching and training program to teach every part of the direct selling business. However, If someone doesn't want to become a business owner I know I can't make a person successful, they have to put forward the effort toward the level to which they desire to reach. I understand your efforts to weed out the get rich opportunity of the month type scams. I am totally for that, however, don't put undue limits that will harm honest direct selling businesses. Respectfully, Wilma Herchberger
