Why do you have to control everything! Everyone has the opportunity to decide for themselves and you are trying to regulate everyones rights, freedom, and make it extremely hard for small businesses. You try to rule everything but never have the man power to followup and make sure everyone is going by the rules. Therefore, there are tons of loopholes and it makes us try and find them, going against the rules. Give us a break!
