To Whom It May Concern: My wife, mother in law and I are in Teambuilders to better our lives. We have been IBO's (Independent Buisness Owners) with the buisness over 1 year and find it to be beneficial. We are products of the "system" in the buisness which promotes building ourselves. We read and study positive books and tapes to learn how to build successful businesses as well as ourselves. We provide the opportunity for others that join our business to gain the benefits of the "system" as well and help people reach a better position in life. Our business is a people business that helps to improve people, build friendships, and provide a postive environment for growth and development as we promote the free enterprize system. As we meet our individual business goals, we help other people to reach their goals too. We feel like we were very informed when we joined the buiness and we strive to provide the same opportunity to others as they are investigating the buisness. We are very forthright that this is not a "get-rich-quick." Waiting 7 days before allowing our prospects to join the buisness would hurt not only the overall business momentum, but create a sense of suspicion in our prospects. Our buisness thrives on immediate growth and we would lose new business partners if the growth was federally mandated to be slow. We feel very strongly against giving out name, addresses and phone numbers to new prospects. This would be a big violation of privacy. There could even create some inner tensions in the business as people want to recruit those that call them. Our Teambuilders organization promotes a team approach and all new prospects and new business partners are introduced to the team. We work together to support each other through the growth of our buinesses. We also attend mutual seminars and leadership conferences that promote a sense of teamwork. In today's litigious society, there are many bogus claims that are filed against companies like ours that are invalid. Providing a list of these litigations for prospects would only harm our buiness. They have no merit and would only cast doubt on the validity of our buiness, causing more harm than good. Our base corporation has proved itself vaild over the years since its inception in 1953. The teambuilders organization works together to create a long term residual income. The many pay scales of IBO's vary from nothing to millions, based on a percentage rate of the business volume and product flow, ranging from 3% to 25%. Providing specific earnings with disclosures about income would only discourage new IBO's, when no two IBO incomes mirror each other. The more people learn from the system and take advantage of the profit sharing concepts in the Teambuilder organization, the more they earn. As members of the Teambuilders organization, we enjoy the ability to learn principles of success and take advantage of the free enterprize system here in America. We promote others to live in ways that build their goals and dreams. We are in support of stopping illegal scams and pyramids. But, we need to have the freedom to promote our buisness and have it grow rapidly without infriging on the privacy of IBO's.
