Why on earth would you expect an IBO to list all legal allegations for the last 10 years? Many of the allegations have been false and have been refuted and denied. This is just a method of making it very hard to build a business. You create a level playing field by requiring clear, simple and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers. Are these regulations meant to discourage the building of independent businesses by entrepreneruial individuals? These regulations are onerous and ridiculous and another example of the government going way overboard and attempting to remove all risk for citizens. This is an impossible feat.
